      I use http://www.Demosinger.com or http://www.studiopros.com for vocalists depending on gender and style. Soundbetter is another.

      I also work with Nashville demo studios that can satisfy basically every instrumental need in every genre.
      http://WWW.Nashvilledemoworks.com is great as is http://www.the515studio.com to name a few.
      I also peruse Reverbnation for regional talent.
