My name is Tim Karabajak and I am from Almaty, Kazakhstan. I am the sole mastering engineer and owner of Boogie Snail mastering studio (www.bsmastering.com) I have been mastering audio for over 15 years. I mastered almost every music genre you can imagine and I feel comfortable in all of them. I have a Master of Science degree obtained from New York University. I have successfully completed mastering courses in HOFA college/Germany and Streaky Academy/London. I learned a lot from world famous mastering engineers such as Ian Shepherd (Keane, Tricky, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Deep Purple, Culture Club, King Crimson) and Streaky Gee (Ed Sheeran, Adele, Will Young, Lily Allen, Depeche Mode, Moby).
My mastering studio is equipped with high end analog equipment of such manufacturers as: Lynx, Manley, SPL, Bettermaker, Tegeler Audio, Drawmer, Audient and PSI Audio as well as digital stuff such as UAD, Softube, Acustica Audio etc. I prefer to use Studio One Pro 4.5 and Wavelab Pro 10.
