The brand new Ozone 8 and Neutron 2 by iZotope are available via rent-to-own through Splice. It's 9.99 US$ / month for either of them or 14.99 US$ / month for both, until the regular price is paid off. After that you receive the serial number and own it. Pausing payments / using the plugins and then picking up where you left off is also possible. Not a bad option at all, I think.

I have only just downloaded the demo versions of both plugins, but have been using Ozone as well as Neutron and some of their other tools for some time. If you think some of their stuff may suit you, download the demo, give it a whirl and see what happens! To me their stuff is some of the best there is.
