Face Your Fear Or Die

I wasn't going to take part in the puremix competition but I was inspired by all the great mixes by my fellow PLAPers, so I downloaded the stems and spent a couple of hours trying to at least get it in the ballpark. I didn't use any samples, only the original files. Any feedback is of course welcome.

Nice Anders, it's a bit tricky when you have to use only what's provided 🙂

I reckon there might be a bit too much 350-400 on the snare for my taste, I ended up duplicating a couple of the snare (and kick) tracks and treating with an EnvShaper to get some transients back.

Thanks Andrew! This session was especially tricky since the drum sounds recorded didn't match the rest of the track. I'll work a bit more on that snare sound, for sure.
