      I was sent a lyric sheet and an idea of the direction the song was supposed to go. He wanted something old Queensryche sounding. I did my best. I played every instrument and sang all parts including the main vocals. Recorded using Reaper. mixed and mastered at my studio by me.

          Sounds good, Ross. It does have a Queensryche kind of vibe. Drums sound good. Vocals have a space. I mean, it's all there. From a mix perspective, the only thing that I would do is pull up those heavy guitars on the sides a bit, giving the overall track a bit more edge and energy. I might let it sit for a day or two, and then decide if you still like the whistle in the breakdown before the drums come in. Otherwise, I think you have accomplished exactly what you set out to do.
