DBX 231s Dual Channel 31-Band Equalizer

Hi all, been researching pros and cons of the DBX 231s Dual Channel 31-Band Equalizer.

It would be used for smallish live venues that don’t provide eq other than a basic small console. I probably will use it in my home studio a bit but mainly for live gigs.

If anyone has used this product I would appreciate any feedback.

And if there is any suggestions for a similar product (price range around $300 - 350 Australian dollars) That would help me heaps.

Alternatively, has anyone had any experiences with a more modern approach to live eq mixing using a software system from a laptop/ ipad.

My live mixing experience is still in diapers but super excited to actually be doing something useful with all I done gone learned from this awesome plap community
