    No, that's what you have to work with. 🙂 It's a different kind of challenge, chop 'em up, replace or just rebalance them with eq.

    Technically, raw tracks aren't stems, they are tracks. These are stems - which in turn are mixed parts of a whole mix, like a drum submix or the vocal with the effect. People, mostly on YouTube, are really sloppy with the conventions. If a tour manager or record company asks for stems these are what they are asking for. Used for putting together for performance background tracks or editing for commercials/movies/etc. All without having to redo the actual mix.
