    It'd be great to have a tutorial on this! Easy way I've found is on a Mac using quicktime's screen capture but that doesn't record sound as far as I know. You'd have to record your voice over somehow at the same time. It's possible Warren and Eric use two systems when they broadcast or they use 3rd party software.
