    There are commercial power sequencers like Furman M-8S ($200) that would certainly do what you want. A lower-cost option might be to use a current sensing/"smart" outlet strip. Here is one on Amazon. Note that I have not tried these for this use, though I have used the Furman.
    You could possibly build something yourself, but the serious fire and electrocution risk means that it is better to purchase something.
