Hey Michael, with that many mics on each guitar part I’d firstly be worried about phase issues so would check that area out.

I’d then blend the mics for each part to see what sounded good as a whole. I assume you have multiple parts playing at the same time. Do you know the intention of all the parts when originally put together?

Then I’d start looking at eq to fix problems as you’ve said.

Not sure I have any tips or tricks other than watching out for low mids with that many guitars and see what you can do with what you’ve got before jumping into eq.....
