    Thanks for creating the drum track - downloading now. I'll have a listen. But first, dog walk and then cycling. Trying to get fit. Haven't cycled in 4 years. First attempt since at at 40 km ride today. Will I throw up? Will my kneecaps fall off? Will I burst in tears? All is possible! 🙂
