    Adam website suggests 24 hour break-in, using music with a wide range of frequencies and varying volume levels.

    My own experience with other monitors is similar, although I have found some improvement into the 35-40 hour range. Pink noise alone wouldn't give you the same intermittent stress that music would -- you're trying to exercise the speaker cones and the foam.
