In case i get it right, you need:
Guitar
DI Box with THRU port (Direct Inject Box) - here you have two outputs !
one: - into AMP - through MIC into SCARLETT mic input
two: - into SCARLETT
from SCARLETT into DAW via usb/firewire
in DAW record two tracks at once.
