The mails are comming from "warren@producelikeapro". I usually also check my mail account directly online - if they set something as spam, i don't get via Thunderbird. Maybe an option.
Honestly i don't know it anymore how i did it. I find also nothing to subscribe as member, except forum threads.
Think the best is to contact the support. Good luck !
