    Hi Greg,

    I have the Digitec VTP-1 (and its sibling the VCS-1 compressor).
    Being a vintage looks fan, I bought the pair in the late 90s.

    I can't say I am a huge fan.

    Mine is noisy too... despite having gone for repair 🙁

    I have read that folks "tune / boost" them with different tubes and such.
    I have not dared that route... Although, that might be a last resort before getting rid of the units...

    Let me know if you hear / attempt anything of that nature.
